In April 2016 Braunstone Town Council signed a 3 year Service Level Agreement with Blaby District Council to continue the provision of Blaby services from the Customer Service desk at Braunstone Civic Centre for a further 3 years.
Both Braunstone Town Council and Blaby District Council wish to provide a high level of customer care to all out customers in order to provide an efficient, knowledgeable and customer based service. whilst we have high expectations and aims of the level of service that we provide, it is more important to know what you, the customer, feels about the service we provide and suggest areas where we may not be providing such a good service.
We are therefore undertaking a Customer Survey of you experiences of using the Customer Service desk at Braunstone Civic Centre whether for a Braunstone Town Council or Blaby District Council service.
Copies of the survey are available at the Civic Centre and once completed can be left confidentially in the box provided. Alternatively you can complete the attached survey on line.
Your responses are important in ensuring that we are providing the best Customer Care we can or make any improvements that are needed.
