THE STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS (EAST MIDLANDS) (NO.25) ORDER 2019

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (East Midlands) (No.25) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of a length, part width and western part width of Footpath W84 which lies to the east of the eastern boundary of no.s 27 – 45 Owen Close and the whole of the connecting unnamed footpath at Braunstone Town in the District of Blaby to enable development as permitted by Blaby District Council, under reference 18/1041/FUL.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 18 October 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
(VARIOUS ROADS, DISTRICT OF BLABY) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2017 (B4114, NARBOROUGH ROAD SOUTH, ENDERBY) (AMENDMENT 17) ORDER 201
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:
- 1 To impose a No Waiting at Any Time restriction on part of Narborough Road South at Everards Meadows, Enderby

CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2017 (VARIOUS ROADS. BRAUNSTONE) (AMENDMENT 12) ORDER 2019
The Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") as amended, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part Ill of Schedule 9 of the Act hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order shall come into operation on 16th September 2019 and may be cited as "The Leicestershire County Council (Various Roads, District of Slaby) Consolidation Order 2017 (Various Roads, Braunstone) (Amendment 12) Order 2019"
2. The "Leicestershire County Council (Slaby District) Consolidation Order 2017" is
hereby amended by the plan(s) specified in the First Schedule to this Order and with the inclusion of the plan(s) specified in the Second Schedule, attached here to.

PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS
STATEMENT OF REASONS
Leicestershire County Council have received a number of enquiries concerning the level of employment parking taking place on a number of surrounding roads with Meridian East.
Officers are proposing ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on Foxon Way junctions with Burchnall Road, Owen Close and Meridian Way. Meridian East outside the Royal Mail and junction with Legion Way, including its junctions with Centurion Way.
The proposals will create a safe highway environment allowing for safe passage for all its users.
