Organisation Staffing Structure
During the spring and summer of 2015, the Town Council undertook an Organisation Review in order to streamline and clarify management roles and to create roles within the organisation to provide resilience and shared knowledge so that the Town Council is in a strong position to face continued service delivery changes. The Town Council also ensured that it paid all its staff the Living Wage.
