How to book

Please use this booking form (Word) (PDF) for room hire.  Kindly complete and sign the form and return it back as soon as possible.  We shall then be able to go ahead and book the room and call you to arrange payment.

• NO provisional bookings are allowed.  
• NO booking is confirmed until payment is received and a booking confirmation has been provided.    
• ALL bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions, please find here: Term & Conditions
• IN order to secure a regular slot, i.e. the same time each week for 12 months, a fixed bond is levied. This includes Community Groups (Free use Rooms)
