Franklin Park runs between Welcombe Avenue and Bramble Way and is a lovely park with nature walks, a playground, and sports equipment. There is also a Community Orchard managed by the Town Council and community volunteers.

Holmfield Park faces onto Wardens Walk, a small shopping parade. In addition to a childrens play area there is a Multi Use Games Area and a large grassed area for dog walking, picnics, or general summer fun.

Mossdale Meadows is a great park - a large green area, with football pitches, nature areas, a small skatepark and multi use games area - Mossdale is also the site of our popular Summer Fete.

Shakespeare Park is home to our brand new Sports Pavilion completed in 2022 along with the fully refurbished Tennis Courts. The Football Club and Bowls club have been established here for many years.

Our largest park in Thorpe Astley, adjacent to the Thorpe Astley Community Centre and includes 2 Tennis Courts, Playground and Multi Use Games Area. There is also a senior football pitch on sight along with outdoor exercise equipment on the Trim Trail.
